People shouldn’t have to fight their tools. From the footwear industry to the finance industry, I’ve fixed what slows teams down: outdated systems, messy workflows, tools nobody trusts. Today that means designing AI agents and automation that do the busywork, and testing every fix with the teams who use it.

How I work

Evidence, not opinions

I lead user testing and analytics for advisor-facing platforms at Commonwealth: planning sessions with advisors, defining what we track, and turning results into decisions the team can act on.

Systems that outlast the project

I treat design systems as products: tokens, components, and the rules for changing them. On a multi-designer team I contribute to the foundations so they scale as more teams build on them.

Influence across teams

I bring research findings, IA maps, and object models to product, engineering, and business partners early, so we agree on the problem before anything gets built.

Growing designers

I mentor with ADPList, Women in Sports Tech, REI × FAAS, and RISD, focused on critique, portfolio storytelling, and making the case for design decisions.
