Before pre-production, sampling was archaic, there no speed-to-market workflow. Prototype specs and status lived outside the workflow, so designers re-keyed CAD data and factory agents stalled on missing fields. I designed a handoff flow that auto-fills specs from CAD filenames, reducing friction on both sides: designers simply upload their files, and agents move straight to pre-production.

B2C product redesign for Sneakers by Women. Turned a static community site into a responsive product with mentorship booking and subscriptions. Fixed the booking IA so users could find sessions, and engagement rose 40%.

Industrial design mentorship where the 3D model is in the video call. Research showed designers get ghosted looking for ID mentors, and every tool stops at chat or Zoom; so critique happens off the artifact. I designed FeedID’s session flow so mentors open the uploaded model in AR mid-call and give live feedback on the prototype itself.

Visual design for Salsa.me, a Web3 meet-and-chat app. Most Web3 UIs feel dark and wallet-first, so beginners bail. I designed the mobile visual system — POAP “stickers,” bright palette, and event-recap moments — so people and connections show up before the wallet address.
