Jill Kishfy Product Designer.
I design the systems enterprise teams build on: design systems, testing, and AI workflows. Today I’m a Senior Product Designer at Commonwealth Financial Network, where I’ve owned AMS for about 3 years. It’s still in use and growing.
How I lead
Advisor tools
At Commonwealth, I led design for Alex (the AI assistant), the user testing script, the primitive and semantic token system, and the planned LPL integration.
Testing
I built the AMS testing script alone. Three designers ran sessions with it, and my testing moved KPI automation up in priority.
AI & automation
I led an AI and automation workshop for the design team, facilitated meetings with Kombai and Anima, and ran Figma sessions with marketing.
Path
I started in footwear design, then moved into product: DTC eCommerce for Chooka at Washington Shoe, my own studio, a contract role at Holos, and now enterprise finance. At Solobilt, I designed and built a product end to end for speed to market.
